Fake reads?
Question: If a work has 2K+ reads but no comments, power stones, or reviews, are the reads fake? Like bots or something?

Some are bots but the others are real readers who have checked your story. Many newbie writers dont get any comments/stones/reviews when they start so keep writing, you'll get there. Disclaimer : Views are inflated. 1 view counts as 10 (or so I've heard.)
melonbread They are no inflated. They are just counted in an a strange fasion.
Basically, if someone sees your cover, it counts as a read. If someone reads two chapters of yours, it counts as two reads. If someone glances over your synopsis, its a read. IF someone sees your title, its a read.
Now its not that hard to see where the views are coming from.
