Quinn was the 18 years old boy. The future rays reincarnated him into a small baby, but his right hand remained unconverted. The Prime Minister adopted him when the whole world was afraid of him due to his abnormal body.

The future scientists wanted to get Quinn to get rays back from his body after killing him. He kidnapped the Prime Minister to force him to give Quinn to him. When the Prime Minister was not agreed to tell him anything, the future scientist shot his leg so he couldn't go anywhere and he could use him in the future when needed.

The Prime Minister remained lost for five months.

Now, I can't decide:

How the Prime Minister spent his five months?
Why couldn't government find him when he was in his own country?
What will be his condition? (better if he had not died)
