Mari_Solez I can only see one novel in your profile maybe you should talk with the customer care.
If the novel can't be seen then likely its been blacklisted by the system. Tends to happen when authors throw certain characters into a chapter. The most notable offenders being Chinese, Japanese and Korean lettering, certain emoji combinations and unicode to try and force font styling and paragraph formating.
Alongside the vetting process this is usually the other reason for voting being disabled.
