Getting this error on the OnePlus 5 Oreo 8.1
SSL Cert Invalid Error
which page? any screenshots? thanks.
Hello there, I'm having the same problem. My library not refreshing and it shows that I'm offline when I'm not.
StarlordUltimate having the same problem with my oneplus 5 too!
every time I open it sends me that message and everything other then my library(which still loads) says I'm offline
Happens on my Samsung Note 8 as well
I'm able to check in, watch videos to gain spirit stone.
I can also refresh my library page which will keep up with the newer chapter updates.
However, when I try to gain spirit stone while voting which new novel I would like to support, I was send to a offline page with an SSL error message popping up.
When I click on explore page, it loads for a bit, suddenly I was label being offline, and the SSL error comes up as well.
I tried to go Google playstore check for update, on the latest, I uninstalled and installed the application, sign in & sign out. None of the method I use works. It keep on giving me the SSL error, even switch internet to mobile data doesn't help either.
Same problem here, on an Asus Zenfone Max
Same. Mine is Oppo R9s
Hi, same error here using samsung s7. Pls resolve.
Daoist_NoLife im getting the same error on my android phone since yesterday. Huawei Mate 10 Pro
Daoist_NoLife I did the same too... Tried to login using iPhone, even though no SSL error pop up but it was still showing me offline when I tried to view my levels, my badges, my spirit stones and my history.
same here
Same Issue here
Error for SSL Cert since Yesterday, if want to comment, vote, or add the stories, login via the website on Internet, not the app. Will still get SS and points in the end.
The SSL Cert problem is in the app itself. Website have no effect.
StarlordUltimate RozyShy Swaning Hi, would you please post a screenshot here?
@all, can you guy tell us your app version and android system version, and device/phone type? thanks.
RozyShy Sometimes, if the network to our server jitters, offline page will show. You can click the retry button, and the page will be OK. You can have a try.
Had the same problem yesterday. It pops out right after you open the app. I have no idea how it's solved though. I tried clearing cache and data, reinstalling etc, and finally gave up. Somehow when I woke up today, it's fixed.
The error causes you to be unable to connect to the server to a certain extent. You're unable to load any page other than your library which surprisingly, is still able to show the latest updates. Any other page will say that you're not connected to the Internet, no matter how many times you retry.
For those who wants to see the screenshot, here it is. The error notification pops out a few times consecutively when you open the app.
It works now, no more error for me
