It took instantly... I don't know what happened to yours but when I published mine earlier it instantly appeared.
You might have just saved your work and still hasn't gone to publish it. You might want to check it. There are two buttons there, one for saving and one for publishing.

If you have already published it, you should try searching your novel's title using the site's search engine...

Well, when a straight up JP LN copypaste got approved, I can't understand why yours has taken time.
