I get a message that my golden ticket/s will expire every month. Yet I can not access them... what am I not doing?

it's only avaible in apps, find the chapter for the book that you want to use it, and scroll to the end and click vote or click in middle of chapter and click vote, it will show option to vote with golden ticket or power stone.
