1. grammar inconsistency. tenses are most noticeable so i checked for those and there were a lot (but your grammar is still better than half of the people here)
2. youve only uploaded 6 chapters. i think novels get picked up once they are contracted or have 100 or so chapters (i think you get contracted once you reach 30K words or something. and there's still a one month or more processing time)
3. in this website, most female readers want a possessive male lead while for most male readers, they just want the mc winning in everything (and killing everyone)
