CeritusOrbis Thank you❤️
That’s interesting; I had no idea that they were in such an economical dog fight. Thank you for the knowledge💗🤓 And it makes me hope even more that Tencent will release physical and/or full digital copies of completed works.
I would be fine with Tencent partnering up with/buying out another company, as long as they would make physical copies. I just suggested Amazon because it’s easily accessible as an international selling platform of both physical and digital works. My friends, family, and some fans just want physical copies because that’s their preferred reading method.
Webnovel(Tencent) could claim any expenses paid to Amazon as operational costs, but the exclusive contract is clear that all profits(after operational costs) from my work(s) are to be split 50-50 between me and Webnovel(Tencent). So I’m not worried about that. Even if I only get $1 on every copy sold, it’s still better than $0 because their consumer audience is limited, and Webnovel is always looking for new works.
The number of people that are more inclined to buy a full, single-purchase work vastly outnumbers the ones that are open to apps like Webnovel. More and more people are using apps like Webnovel now, but it’s still a new concept compared to the good-old standby that is the physical copy. I just think that Webnovel(Tencent) is missing out on both expansive advertising, and sales by not maximizing the works that they’re already sitting on.
Also: not arguing, just hoping that someone from Webnovel(Tencent) will see this, and be like; “She’s got a point..”
