When that happens you will have to sign for a contract, since you're underage you'll have to use your parents valid government I'd and their signature since it has to be the same as in the id.
Then if that's successful your bank account information will be asked, you can use someone else's if you still haven't got one. You will be paid by the next month, the amount will be based on your book's performance. The payment will be directed to your account.
