Dear Romantic,
I've noticed the same thing from time to time. Its because of reviewers that just drop your book. Like the above poster/writer said, they get what they want and then leave your novel in the past.
I plan to read some of your book and give you a review based on what I read. I don't expect you to read mine or review it, but I'm doing this because you really seem interested in knowing that you are not wasting your time.
Believe me when I say that you should never be too worried about what some people say, because there is always someone who will appreciate your creativity.
Keep writing and your efforts will pay off!
In case you do decide to read my work, below I have left an excerpt and a link to my book.
Irregardless, I hope you never give up. Keep draining the ink from your pen!
Writhing in pain, the dirt knight dropped his blade and started stumbling backwards in fear with the fiery demon walking towards him keeping perfect pace.
Sehaela went sprinting away and ducked under a fallen column.
"Please! Please have mercy!" The dirt knight managed to beg
"Mercy? What is Mercy? There is only victory..." the fiery demon stated in a chilling monstrous voice which was a deeper, multi-toned dissonant version of my own.
