Mine is a story about an individual. About the emotions that make us who we are. What drives and make us people. A story that can touch your heart because what they feel can be relatable, even to an extent. One that sticks with you the most is that feeling of nostalgia, the pain that comes with growing and missing the past because what you got now is nothing but pain and agony. Or maybe you miss the simpleness of back then because life only hurts.
But amongst all that pain, there always is a light at the end of a tunnel. To continue living on rather than fall into despair. A story that shows exactly why you shouldn't. And how ending one's self is not the right way to go about things. That's where my story's MC comes in. He ends up making a mistake he will regret for as long as time goes on. He throws himself off a building and immediately regret that decision... and as his conciousness falls into a deep, dark abyss, contempating his actions and reflecting, he is suddenly reincarnated as a bright white light takes over.
As if the Abyss was shining... giving him another chance in life. And this time, to never make the same mistake and to drown his depression in another world—to know what it means to be happy.
