So today ultimate scheming system got 2 chapters update while it used to get 4 per day.
will this happen with every novels?
will we be ever informed in advance when the tl'er half's the update.

I'm guessing the 'new book' phase has worn off. The translators did stockpile on chapters whilst the USS was in the voting pool, but the chapters in the stockpile might be running out so soon they might be getting a chapter per day. This has happened before to new series' and isn't too unexpected, after all, four chapters per day is quite a lot. There's no way translators would be able to sustainably keep that up for a long period of time unless they've got some godly ability at it or something.

As for knowing when they'll cut it in half, maybe they'll tell us when their stockpile has run out and they have to give out one per day.
