anyone else having issues resetting the password? it keeps saying it needs an alphanumeric password 6-18 and no spaces. I did all that and there weren't any spaces but it won't work. @Webnovel_Event

    Why I can't login in my Facebook account and all my coins are missing and the chapter that already unlock are locked again 😱

        Like everyone else I can not log into my account using Facebook. After multiple attempts to sign-in, I ended up uninstalling the app and re-installing it, and now I am S-O-L because the Facebook icon has been removed all together. I hope this gets resolved quickly. I had reported it and I was told they are aware and are working on resolving it, this was last week.

          Had to login with my google to get to the fourms....this is ridiculous rn. Any updates would be great...tried the questionnaire...told me my thing didnt exist. Uninstalled and the reinstalled...now the buttoms gone and getting nowhere...

            Hey, guys! I'll just share what I did below:

            So . . . I didn't fill out the questionnaire but I emailed them a week ago (service@webnovel.com) the moment I was logged out.

            To summarize . . . they gave me this solution, which worked for me within the day, just a few hours:

            1. Go to the "Sign In" page

            2. Tap the grey icon "Envelope/Letter Icon"

            3. Enter your "Email" (the email you used for Facebook).

            4. Tap "Forgot Password"

            5. Follow the instructions to "Reset" your password

            6. Once you have successfully created a "New Password," tap on the "Envelope/Letter" icon again to "Sign In via Email."

            DO NOT sign in via Facebook as it will create another account. Use the Email sign in method moving forward.

            Note: this did not work for me immediately. I couldn't log in via email. I did the steps all over again. Tried. It didn't work, error. So I decided to wait for 2 hours. I logged in again via email. It worked!

            If it still doesn't work, I hope they fix this soon for everyone. đŸ„ș

              Ok. The email trick worked for me after 3 tries and an hour wait between. Now, I am seriously disappointed in webnovel right now. I am going to continue to use the app, and maybe later pay for a membership again. But honestly please, webnovel, read the forums. People are not happy. This is round 2 for this one. Please for the love of books, add in like a week membership for free or something cooler/nicer to the compensation. Lots of love from a fan. Just my two cents.

It was a blank page that i can do nothing about, i have to click back and do everything all over again for 5 times!!!!

                its been five days since i access my account, and just today I found this discussion. And when i try to follow what you told me to do to access my old account, it still doesn't work because your App is bugged beyond belief. To many ads, novel recommend that i never need or interested in, long load even after having 2GB free memory space, etc on app opening.

                  Facebook Login bugged for me yesterday as I got logged out and when I try to login it says signin error. When using browser to try and login, the facebook feature shows as not enabled. Kindly fix the issue as I had recently Bought the membership and don't like the fact that I am missing out on its benefits.

                    ARJUN_S_M I tried logging in with the email associated with my Facebook account and this is the account I got for signin using mail feature. Kindly please fix.
