DeJeL go to novelupdates, ww, novelplanet, gt etc. They have different counters, just add them up. That would be the nearest estimation. But if you just want to know who got the mosy views, then just refer to popularity ranking.

DeJeL the staff is currently programming a feature so that Original Authors can see those stats (how many have your novel in the library, how many views, ...).

Thank you @NineNeatherBird , and @bachingchung you should look at NineNeatherbird's post that's directly after yours, I was more interested in knowing more precisely how many views my book was getting, but also would like a little to know how many actual views others are getting as well, but i care not as much for the latter.
