I have recently started a fanfic, people comment but their comments disappear if they cuss in the comment how do I change this?

TheOnlyAlpha tbh, this is my first time hearing such things, maybe because I haven't ever experienced it before. Anyway, if I were in your position, I would probably mention this issue in author's note or in the comment section itself for the readers to know about this.
Also, although it might be less, but still, there lies a possibility that those readers themselves deleted it
Sneakycat098 it’s only when cuss words show up which is weird. I asked and they don’t know either.
TheOnlyAlpha Webnovel removes certain words they deem 'unsafe' from comments. In order to keep them clean. Nothing can be done to change this.
