A Short Synopsis: Those that have committed evil acts are punished & given red rings (Devil's Halos) & "expiration dates." Those with them can't be seen by "innocent/normal" people, except for 17 yr old Youhei Kouseki who, for some reason, CAN despite him being "pure."
