I'm trying to change my password, but when I try something with 8 letters it tells me it has to be 6-18 alphanumeric characters. I tried 9 and 10 character passwords with numbers in them but now it just tells me "Request Error. Please try again." no matter how many times I try.

Domar7431 If I am not mistaken, you can't use any special characters or uppercase letters, so I recommend that you only enter numbers and lowercase letters.
