Dumb new update forces people to use the app to read instead of the website. I've been on webnovel since 2017 and went through some of the most questionable decisions like the login changing from a fast pass to points but this takes the cake. Shit like this is why people consider webnovel as trash.
Webnovel forced "app" usage
Agreed. Though I saw that they didn't force this with regular novels I read almost only FF's on their site. I don't understand why they'd force their users to download an app that's not even as functional as the webpage... Though really , if all FF authors changed their stories over to the regular Novel section it'd make them all available again I think. Maybe if the Admin forces this on those stories as well the users would be more vocal and the Admin would stop being D**ks.
I did get fed up with this site for all of the stupid decisions they made a while back and left for a while. I decided to come back to try it out again because I noticed they had a novel I wanted to read, only to find out that you can only read it on their app... I have tried the app out several times and it is so annoying. I am not willing to go back to it, so I guess I am leaving again.
Webnovel is basically an online exclusive library where you can find every book and novel from old and latest editions. They had a great collection of top cv review and I am sure you will love this application.
