Timer not working properly when reading Novel

The reading timer for novels is still not working. I read for 30 minutes, and it only registered 3 minutes of reading. It works for comics, though. Weird.
It seems that the counter is only counting the normal 5 points correctly.
The bonus challenges are all not working properly for novels.
It seems as if we should be motivated to read more comics.
