It fucking shit I had 2 FP but it just disappeared I asked why but it's says I used it idon,t even know it used by itself I asked customer service it say u used but Its gone I reported and it says i on the automatic unlock system I didn't it .trash with 0 services i say it's wasted my FP and I worked 3 days to get them.

What was the coin cost of the chapter you unlocked? WN has changed how FPs work without telling anyone.
Up to 14 coins = 1 FP
15 to 24 = 2 FP
25 to 30 = 3 FP
31+ = ???
I haven't been able to find out the costs for 31+ coins.
So if the chapter costs more than 14 coins, it's going to use more than 1 FP to unlock it.
This is why I always disable the 'Auto unlock' feature.
It's a known "bug" that the automatic unlock switches itself on sometimes, even if you switched it off before.
Happened to me a few months ago, cost me some coins.
Since then, I make sure to check every time before I open a new chapter.
This is cr*p. I also lost unknown number of FP due to opening comic chapters.
This cr*ppy system has led me to go to other platform where we can open chapters by watching ads.. the points we accumulate can be exchanged for 90% off voucher to purchase coins.
