If you have just started publishing your novel, then it may take some time for it to get verified to allow voting. It took my work (Keepers of Every Universe) about 4 days for voting to be permitted. Though, I only published 1 ch/day. I've heard some works with as few as 2,000 words are able to be voted on, and others take over a week. But, from what I've seen and the people I know, if you publish 1 ch/day for a week, usually you'll receive voting rights in that time. Good luck with your work.
