The last update for Plundering the Dao of the Immortal Journey was 2/18/18. What's the status of it?

    Yeah I've been waiting for updates too, the original translator left webnovel,no one else picked it up again sadly

      I dont know by now I stopped keeping an eye for it

        Communication from a business shouldn't be this hard. Especially for very simple questions like the ones below:

        What's the status of "Plundering the Dao of the Immortal Journey?? Why hasn't there been any updates in 3 1/2 months?

        These are simple questions and people are just looking for information.

        Has the translator/editor been injured?
        Has the translator/editor been fired?
        Did the translator/editor quit?
        Does the TL/Ed have real-life issues that are interfering with their ability to translate?

        If they were fired or quit,
        Is QI looking for a replacement or has one been assigned? If one has been assigned, what's the ETA for resuming chapter releases? If a TL hasn't been assigned what's the ETA for a team to pick up the novel?

        I'm now starting to think there's a lot more to what's happening with Plundering the Dao of the Immort Journey than a simple missing translation team.

        The fact that no one on QI's Team is willing to talk about it or even provide an update suggests there is a much larger issue here.

        Is there some reason QI can't discuss the novel?

        SARFT action?
        Has the Author requested the novel be taken down and the translation halted?
        Is there a contract dispute with the author?

        bachingchung Will do. It's pretty pathetic that QI is so unwilling to communicate about such a simple question. Especially, after they have gone to such great lengths to state that "every translation started will be fully translated".

        Yet, here we are going on Day 10 without any response. Even though QI members like @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL and @CKtalon have been very active during that period of time.
