I am trying to unlock chapters by watching an add but whenever I do it, it kicks me out of the app. I have unlocked chapters by watching adds before but this never happened. I tried it multiple times and when I saw it was not going to work, I tried to force stop the app and re open it but it didnt worked either.

Sounds like it's not the normal problem of someone buying coins and not realizing that you lose that option when you do.
All I can recommend is..
- Clear the APPs cache.
- Reinstall the APP.
- If neither of 1 or 2 fix the issue, then you will need more detailed help. In which case, telling us if you are using the Android or iOS version of the APP is needed.

Clearing the cache and/or reinstalling the APP will fix 90% of problems on your end.
This means that if it doesn't fix what's wrong, then the problem is most likely at the other end.
The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are having problems with ads, then it is most likely the ad server and not WN that is at fault.
Regardless, you can only let WN know so they can pass it onto the ad servers.
Ad problems normally clear up in a day or 3. Which is more than I can say for problems on WN.
