I can't update my library whenever I try the same error message keeps popping up, nothing I've tried has helped. Does any one have any ideas how to fix this?

Can't update library it pops up as error code 120001 does anyone know how to fix it.
bookld = 13138908106885701, chpterld = 47376913176873148, price = 13 , unlockType = 0 3018 that is the code that keeps coming up. This it's the 3rd comic that has done this. I have 4000+ coin tho.
