I was just reading Superstars of Tomorrow when the System logged me out. Now I can’t login again. I try to go to login page (Facebook etc) but defaults to a red error message

iPad Air 2, latest iOS, on Safari
On the app (iPhone 6+ latest iOS) although my library is stil there, I cant load any chapters, and it doesn’t update new chapters
PS. On iPad webnovel app (which I don’t usually us)e, it won’t let me log in and gives an “internal service error “
