I need some feedback on my novel and am running low on motivation and confidence. It currently has only 20 chapters.

I am a new author and like many, am a bit unsure, if my novel is even read.

P.S. The MC in my novel is pretty domineering and arrogant even a billionaire and will slowly get stronger and better. There'll be a lot of Char. development soo feel free to advise me on some perks the char. should have.
