My novel stands at 50,19K views according to the webnovel app right now, but when I hit refresh on my the site several times, the view counter always goes up by 100 eventually and on the app I see a more precise number. So am I artificially adding views to my novel by refreshing the page ten times or is the view counter not accurate somehow? Like the view count is rising but I need to play catch up by constantly refreshing the page to see how many views there actually is? But if it's just me, why does it go up by 100 instead of adding just the ten or so refreshes I do on my page?
Very weird.
