This few day I'm reading a new original story and I realise the content for the first and
the second page have the exactly same content.

DarBinYang I expect you are using mobile, try the PC site, there's a known bug on the mobile (4get if it's on both the app and the sight, or just one of those) but it does not affect PC so I suggest reading all chapter 2's that repeat on the PC for it is not something the author can correct @QueenCL I am an author that keeps up on the bugs and such, so I would know.;,;.

You can use clear cache but you must download all novels agains(and i think you are going to redirected back to the first chapter from where you last left it)
