Also what are the benefits of exclussive contract? Like signing bonus and so

I don't know about the accepted part, but they never reject you, in a way that they don't even bother with your submition. I've sent like two or so, and never got anything back, not even a "no, we reject your story", it's like I never sent them to begin with. Hope that helps a bit
