A serious suggestion to the entire team: Do add some more free methods to earn more spirit stones - add daily games, give some spirit stones back for finishing the daily quests such as catching up to newest chapters, writing a reply etc. Or make it video based (for the oldest 5 chapters or so, at least). More than 10 mass released chapters, in more than one novel, that too all premium chapters - stop this kind of transition. Many of us can't afford catching up on every novel in our libraries. I myself keep up with two of the earliest premium novels, but that's all which can be done with free spirit stones. Please, don't make the free readers wait too long for chapters. Do some mass releases for free readers too.

Sorry for being blunt, but I feel that the general reader's satisfaction is equally important.

And there are many people complaining about this. Will you please do something about this?!

The truth is no one at Qidian cares. If you take a look at their earnings report for 2017 only 5.8% of all readers were paying readers. Paid readers aren't where they make their money. As long as it stays around that percentage they won't do anything to try alternative revenue streams.

What QI is really doing is trying to find a few really talented writers that they can leech from, who are willing to sign extremly long term contracts that they can use to generate revenue from other media markets. Anime, movies, product tie-ins etc.

They don't care about readers. They never will.
