Experiencing the same problem, I have not received any experience points for the reply’s in the last two days. When will this problem be fixed?

tried refreshing a couple of times, but still can't.

SoaringEagle12 same here but only on one novel i cant seem to comment it'll say "Failed" in red strip
Every novel I tried it says failed if I try to reply to somebody's comment
I have sent the reply but somehow I can't get the exp

You can try tagging a forum moderator. There have been some talk in the forums about changing the way the missions are replies work.
Maybe they implemented it poorly or something broke. Or it might be designed to be that way, so a typical reply that does not meet some unknown criteria might no longer work. Sometimes they change the functionality without really telling anyone. Like the time they stopped releasing free chapters for premium novels last year. I only figured out that the "bug" was actually intended a few weeks later after other customers told me. to this day I have never seen any official communication about it, though maybe it was communicated in some way that I missed.

Same here, i am waiting for EXP after a reply but i don't get any
