Hello, fellow authors. My novel "The Horatius Era" has been recommended on Potential Starlet today, and I was wondering if there was a requirement or prerequisite to fulfill before being featured. What criteria determines whether a novel is fit to be recommended? And, who decides it?

same actually. mine was recommended today and I was simply notified, did not do anything for it. Probably has to be a good enough start I guess but not sure
