I don’t know where to report this but I have been having trouble loading the mobile app for the past two days had to go online to even post this and as of this post can’t get the mobile app to load at all

I have the same problem, I have already reloaded the app but nothing changed

Same here, except everything has been working fine up until 6 am E.S.T. time (Boston Massachusetts area) this morning. Then out of nowhere the app just crashed, and then stopped loading at all after every attempt to close out and re-open the app.

i'm having the same issue as of 1:00 PM EST. app either won't go past the initial visual with the webnovel logo or it will get stuck on the book recommendation screen at the "skip 4 seconds" page. it just freezes and doesn't respond to anything i press. it's especially frustrating because we're so limited to what we can do on the web page
