Sux to be an android user then. Seems iOS is fine. No complaint from thhem so far.

      I have the same problem also, mine won't update at all and it's annoying I can't read the current stories and the last chapter I just read was a cliffhanger..... Please please do fix it..... T-T

        I'm on android with a Samsung j7 so u don't think it's necessarily an OS issue.. But I am able to at least keep reading my libary. So it hassen't affected me much so far. It's annoying though for voting for new books as I want to know what I'm voting for...

              Every new released chapter in a book is like this, and sometimes in premium books that get unlocked too but not as often as new released ones

                I have this issue too. I get very often network connection issues (-10000) i try it a few times a normaly after 3 or 4 attempts it works. Than i read a chapter and i have the same problem again. I ty to do a google search at same time and that always works. webnovel is only app with those connection problems. I use a samsung galaxy tab 3. Not sure when this problem started but around a week seems rigth. This problem also happen for daily check in or when i want to look at my profil

                Since the problem is still up i try to describe it as accurate as possible.

                The connection problem started with the " create your own worldcup supportive card" advertisment that pops up when you start the app.
                im using a samsung galaxy 3 and the android version of the wbnovel app.

                Notification in the toolbar on top of my device when a new chapter is released are working 100%. When i get into the app and i refresh my library so the novels get the tag "new" at the top right of the picture there appears 2 errors: 1. Network issue (-10000) 2. Updating library... (-20006) during the same time this 2 errors appear my profile does not show my Power, energy and my spirit stones? at those it just shows "--", ( a remark im always logged in when i start the app and i'm using the app with a google+ account) through trial& error refreshing, which takes about 2-5 minutes the "new" tag appears. Then when i click on the novel to read the new chapter it isnt listed in the chapter list so i have to press the volume down key or swipe at the latest chapter down till the new chapter appears, which often takes some minutes too, this happens to all kinds of chapters no matter no unlocked needed, unlock only with stones or unlock with watching an ad. Unlocking this new chapter through an advertisment or spirit stones works without problems. This problem does not appear when i start reading a new novel that has some chapter available only when im at the newest chapter.
                I hope this description can help to sort out the problem

                    Deleting the app and installing again from your appstore of choice should work.
                    Just login back into your account after fresh install.
