Just do it for once. They will announce it then.
If they actually had a bug bounty program, Qidian would be broke by now. Give them a few months (hopefully) to work out the kinks and solve major issues. Then they might introduce something like it. Or you could just report any bugs to them and see how they respond.

The type of bugs I'm talikng about are security vulnerabilities such as XSS , SQL INJECTION , RCE & others
