Due to a server failure Google Play experienced, a portion of Spirit Stones were not credited to user accounts after their purchase from July 16th to July 17th . We have received plenty of feedback regarding this issue and are adopting positive steps so as to solve the problem.

The problem has already been detected by Google Play as it announced that “We recently experienced intermittent issues with purchases on the Play Store. If you were impacted, you don’t need to take any action. We will email you in the next few days about getting a refund for purchases you did’t receive.”

If you purchased Spirit Stones through Google Play but still have not received them, please wait patiently as Google Play follows up and resolves the matter ASAP!

    What about for war sovereign soaring heaven, we did not get an update again yesterday....it already happened twice or thrice and there was even a wrong chapter release, yet we did not get any compensation for it no mass release and no extra chapter release, we would like to point this out we are using our ss to support the author and translator yet we are ignored in our concern.

          Heritz So, spirit stones from daily bonus and friend invite expire after 30 days, and bonus from bought after 90 days. You can check when they will expire if you click your SS count.

                          Heritz 😕 That's the usual reason. If you think it's a bug, you can try computing the SS you got in deposit history with consume history.

                          I suggest you always check your SS expiry by clicking your SS count to see how many will expire. :) It also shows when the SS you got every day will expire.
