After a suggestion from a friend of mine, I realized there is other writing platforms besides Webnovel.
Since majority here are authors, I would assume you know more of them. I am searching for writing platforms that offer a safe space for me to publish my works and is actually popular.
If possible I would like it if it offers royalties...I need to make money. Contracts or more.

Have you tried https://novelo.com? We are just starting out and only have a small number of users but we will grow fast in the next couple of months. We also offer authors the ability to sell their stories and they set their price, we take 20% fee.
Have you tried tapas.io? Or royal road? Wattpad is always an option as well but I don't publish there so I don't know.
