Oo my help, all of the books in my librabry been reset to unread... Some stories I left unread for a while (wanted to avoid cliff hanging) now it has become unread it'll be too much trouble to figure which chapter I've stopped at. Why did this happens? And my daily reading exp point is not updating as well

Ahh thats sad, report it, maybe its a bug.. Or have you accidentally click the clear cache??
.. But that wouldnt explain about the exp not being updated..

jenniferangeles I use to reset the cache before but it doesn't really effect my bookmarks. And today it kinda loading so slow and I noticed my daily reading exp not updating, I thought maybe its heavy load or something since I haven't clear the cache for months so yea I cleared the cache an hour or so ago... And my librabry became coo coo lol, some books when clicked it promted error, when clicked again the chapter reset to the beginning the rest managed to salvage or rather it only show unread at the cover when click open it resumed my bookmark /last chapter read

i tried making a thread here cause theres something wrong with my acc too but its about my messages not working properly, and when i click post, there's an option report a bug. i don't where my message go to but i don't see it here in the forum section,im hoping they got it cause i also tag @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL into it...
This happens to me quite often on the app and I have about 45-50 novels in my library so it’s really annoying to have to click on every single one and wait for it to load so it will tell me the last chapter I was on.
