Better not do, some bad people might aim for less savy tech people to click link to virus filled link.
We have people advertised 'fake medicine' and scam site in this forum. It might happen in novel too.
Image even would hurt the bandwidth for mobile reader. I think you should just open a deviantArt page or even better your personal site (you will benefit, make that image exclusive content of your personal website.) for readers who want to check the picture.
