as im going through all the prem novels that unlocked a chapter at midnight i find "It's Not Easy to Be a Man After Travelling to the Future" is still locked. which brings me to the title question, are they suppose to stay locked during a discount?
yesterdays chapter was chapter 302 "7years ago" and todays was suppose to be ch 303 "rabbit? leopard?"
and now the discount is gone but the damage done Q~Q
So the chapter did not unlock because they put a temporary discount for the novel? Lame.
Unlock a chapter in discount will be 100% same as to unlock a chapter normally. It won't be locked again anymore, unless there is a bug.

what i mean is the chapter didnt unlock like it normally does during the 1/day free unlock. the only difference i could find between this prem and the other prems i was reading at the time which did do their 1/day free unlock like normal is this novel had a discount sale going and the chapter didnt unlock like normal. so i asked about it :P
just to be clear, im not asking about BUYING the chapter. this is specifically the free 1/day unlock that happens at midnight.
Aranwen1 Please read my translator thoughts section on Chapter302 that I added on 9th August. There isn't a better way for me to make announcements to free readers, so please always check the last available free chapter's translator thoughts if something is up. I always try to give notification and updates on situations when I can.

ryuxenji indeed. A few mos. Ago I checked and they only release the free chapters. I'm surprised when I checked again yesterday that they are updated even with the premium chapters. Will Tencent file any lawsuit?

also, i remember one of the tl'ers from that site calling this site a pirate site for hosting their work without permission :P they made a big deal out of it over there, ranting and complaining for a lot of chapters. good times.
bachingchung no idea, that's for tencent to act on. But please don't promote pirate sites, especially here on the official site where translators can see it. That's just rude.
@Aranwen1 well, pirate sites are pretty much unavoidable, but it would be nice not to have the piracy rubbed in our faces. And I feel it is worth mentioning that I did not agree to that site hosting my tanslations since there might be people who think that's just a site where I'm double-hosting. Who knows?

so.... i think its kinda funny how this was played off as a bug/error when what actually happened is the free service was dropped. now maybe it was just good timing, maybe it wasnt. but f it. a bunch of free users arent important anyways.
now i wonder how this actually affected the site :D
