I got that message too. I'm like 100% sure i haven't violated any rules, it's just Webnovel being shitty again. (My reading points are expiring and some locked chapters take 2-3 tickets to unlock)
I just dont understand why this is happening. what rules are they talking about. all I am doing is reading the stores they have available.
