Since yesterday i can't connect myself to the webnovel site. I should be auto connected like i still am on the forum but i can't access to my account to read locked novel.

Since i am not sure anymore about my password and tried every possible combination i tried to reset said password but it keep telling me "verification failed". My email address exist and i sent you an email from it yesterday by following the link at the bottom of the site (service@webnovel.com).

Also... the captcha system which require me to identify picture is a pain, i need to do 10s of captcha before it even show a "verify" instead of a "next" or "skip".. please get rid of it or find something efficient to replace it.

Select the cars? Seems easy enough, you select the cars but you get told you are wrong. Do that another four times and get told you are wrong every time when you CLEARLY weren't, then it switches to street signs, then get told you are wrong, roads are just r*tarded and I'm certain the captcha bot doesn't know what the heck a road is. All the other stuff sucks except maybe bridges. It hurts my soul to waste my life doing this garbage. Yet some people claim to have no issues with this? How even...

All in all I get frustrated for about 10 mins by stupid recpatcha just to log in most of the time (rarely do I even stay logged in even though I have it set that way on my browser). Today I had that verification failed four times and I ended up closing and opening the browser again, putting the same details back in. It is extremely frustrating because it also never lets me do the audio challenge, either. So I'm forced to question my humanity every day multiple times.

I have to assume bots and humans are competing to teach recaptcha bot, too. We all know google is sapping us of our human effort to train their own AI to recognize things, but I have to assume there are more bots also teaching the AI their own special recognition patterns, which are WRONG, so us real human beings are being pushed out of captcha

    This Captcha is annoying. It works fine when I had good connection, but it is a DISASTER when I am on mobile with bad 'connection'. It is even more disaster since this 'Google' Captcha needed good connection to load the image. Do not imagine everywhere in the world had 100% good connection.

    @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Can't you find another way to check, you have sent a message to our email for authentication from new place, why we don't enter that number? Use something that is hard to read by the bot.

      After 3 days trying, i can at least connect to the site. No idea what changed.

        Rarylith There is a 'time' space where their 'account' database was bugged. I also opted to use a browser specially for Webnovel, to prevent losing my cookies so I don't get log out.
