Ughh.. I admit i like reading various fanfics to quench my unquenchable thirst.. but there's been way too many "basic MCs" that suffer from mental health issues such as bipolar, schizophrenia, their mental ages degrading over time etc.. anyway let's get this started..

here's an example of what not to do ;An MC would be fine and happy then all of a sudden something undesirable happens, they then blow up and go on a mad rant, have a mental breakdown then destroy the f**king world in which they live upon in a fit of rage????..

Which i believe leaves all of us readers, with just question marks written all over our faces, and only a single thought which is "what the f**k ?"
So my advise for the new authors is, DON'T DO IT.. there are way too many trashy fanfics with MC's that are mentally unstable and it's getting hard to find a decent one.

My next example is when a Fanfic is literally just an MC blabbering to himself with internal dialogs and mental conficts with no interaction between, you know, the world..
Come on guys, we came here to read interesting storys, not about how an MC thinks of something then says "I'll think about it later" which by the way, is a paradox.. I mean, the MC has already thought about it, atleast finish that train of thought. or the story is how an MC doesn't even talk to others and is lost in their own world inside their minds..
Again don't do it..

Or when a fanfic starts of cool, but the Author gets lazy midway and puts the MC in a time loop of doing the same thing every chapter. they then regress in age and become childish or just plain stupid...
Lastly, the decent good guy MC get's reincarnated, then somehow becomes an evil god??????? which leaves me with the question everyone asks.. "Why?".. why and how did a saint like law abiding citizen turn evil?? it makes no sense....

I can think of so many more examples but honestly I can't be bothered and i doubt anyone would read this so.. yeah.. BUT if by chance you do read this post, just drop more examples below.. anyway goodbye
