depends on what you're offering. No good editor would be willing to work for free nowadays. You may find short-term volunteers, but it's highly unlikely to get a good editor for the long term for free.
P.S. I'm an editor, not a free one though :3

Also, dude, seriously. He's using the name "Kurazy" for a reason (privacy). Calling him "Josh" every time you answer him totally defeats the purpose. How can you not realize something that simple?
There's a reason all the TLs and EDs use pseudonames, be it WW, QI or GT. Respect that."It means we didn't lie or hide anything from you."
You didn't show anything for it either. The SS system was supposed to make translators money too, from what i gather. They haven't gotten anything yet.
Also, the one month notice period is to ensure that there aren't any problems before the new team takes over the old one's work. Kurazy already gave you enough chapters to last for a month. What more do you want from him? A lap dance? His first-born child? :unamused:Saying "we will share the money with translators and authors" is meaningless. That's exactly what i say when my mom asks me to clean my room or study for exams. "I will, mom." Trust me, it never happens.
If you want your employees to be happy, give them what you promised before you go digging into their pockets. Happy translators means more chapters which means happy readers, and thus, more money. What's not to like? It's a chain. Break the chain and you'll get whiplash (don't ask me why chains would cause whiplash, you don't wanna know :| )
