I published my story - https://www.webnovel.com/book/vampire-wizard-%7C-a-fantasy-harem-litrpg-system_18856393705310205 and started getting reads, but then the story disappeared from searches and readers can't vote for it.

Searching in the forums I saw that if you copy/paste text with italics or other symbols (I had some arrows), you get that problem.

I removed all italics from my text and the arrows and reuploaded, but the issue remains. Is there any way to fix this? I also contacted the editor through my panel and sent a message to service, but I haven't heard back from them.
