Every book I read has an MC that loses nothing of importance and they over come their struggles to quickly.
I want an MC that will make mistakes, humiliate themselves and hardly make success. I dont want a lucky MC!
I would prefer a MC that has to fight for freedom and they win and lose.
Most people say they don't like this type of mc but I want someone i can relate to. If I could become op I would throw myself at everything.
I want to feel emotion that I end up hating the author. They have the best books.

Lord of the rings (I wish there was more tragedy)
Re;zero (mc humiliates themselves and can be really pathetic)
Haily storm a pirates tale
Arcane
The walking dead(so much drama)
The hunger games(my favourite thing about this is that the mc is the pawn and barely has a choice)
I will try to find the titles of most of the books I like
Also if anyone has/knows of any books where it is focused on commener/average life I would love to try them out.
