Either we should get explanation or BTWY should get new translator

Its been more than a month & we are getting no updates from translator. Without any prior notice he/she disappeared for many days. When everyone asks for reason translator said he/she is having exams & will update chapters after some days. After that we only got a few chapters. Since then translator didn't bother to contact us. But he is not only giving regular updates to his/her other novel (Library to heaven's path- which is currently at No.1 Ranking) but also busy commenting to readers of other novel. Due to no regular update BTWY has fallen to 109th rank.
Is it only me or everyone is getting only red ball out of total 5 color balls?
UnjustlyUnderpaid does this mean that I should upload book cover (raw) i.e. without title name on it & later on inkstone will automatically set title name on it for me?
UnjustlyUnderpaid do you know which font styles are used by most of the novels here? looks interesting
