QueenCL I checked everything, still can't find the code :(

I am logged out of the app at random times. I can usually log back in without issue, but now I have a problem.
I am asked for a validation code, but I am not receiving any emails (I have checked the spam folder as well and there are no emails from Webnovel there either). I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the app as well, but this doesn't solve the issue.
I have received emails from Webnovel in the past, but for the past few days, I am not receiving anything.

Ads don't load, whether it be for claiming free SS or to read a chapter. Anyone else have this problem/manage to fix it?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's something wrong with my phone.
