This thread only keeps going because of you all asking, and then falsely accusing . And then i end up repeating the same thing which i already said that the purpose of it was to voice out what i could not in the discord channel because i would be banned.

What millman is talking about could definitely be talked about privately but the thing is we already did and i told you what he said in the first post and he says here the same shit he said there but this time he is trying to make it seem like i am a liar and discredit what i say. Then I want to respond again to clear up his misunderstanding.

Millman97 No. If an admin makes an announcement saying don't do something, that's a rule.

Your just making my point that rule can be made up willy nilly by you without users have prior notice just cause you said something sibjective in the announcements channel.

You arent even following your own channel topics rule cause if you were you would have posted the rule in the rules channel and not the announcements cause you know channel topocs and all. Announcement for a rule would be like "check out the new rules regarding channels" not the rule itself. But who cares if no one reviews the old ass announcements it was a rule cause you said it but actually didnt specify it was a rule....

There is an end to this.... RULES ARE WRITTEN STATEMENTS TO BE FOLLOWED THAT ARE WRITTEN IN THE RULES CHANNEL FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.

That is how i see rules, that is how everyone sees rules, that is how policy works everywhere!!! If you do not write it there, its not a rule its a suggestion but you didnt see it that way because....i have no idea to your insights on this. Point blank and simple everything you been saying leads back to announcements not back to the rules...the only thing in the rules is punishment of breaking the announcement suggestion.

As far DMs go I do not believe my memory is wrong, as messages can be deleted and changed much like how the announcement was changed to include the channel ping which originally when I was muted had not been there. So I dont really believe your screenshot, and on another note its not like its anything bad cause regardless it is your job as admin to threaten what you percieve to be toxic with bans. As my memory recalls the time within our convo, I remember standing on the corner of Park Ave and 61st street waiting for my uber while still listening to the music N0xiety was playing in the music chat at the time, and i remember reading right after you said that trolling comment you said if i repeat my actions i will be banned. Again I dont believe my memory is false since i remember so much detail about that convo specifically and yet nothing else about the day except that moment which is too strong to be a false memory for me.

It doesnt even matter cause like i said Im not a liar and im not twisting anything since me saying that was in response to tugster saying there were no admins, and what do admins do? Threaten to ban, make the rules, threaten to mute etc! So it is not a twisted fact to make anyone look bad it is just the nature of the job.

You dont see people announcing laws and not writing them the down do you? Cause then it wouldnt be a law!! It would be an announcement!!

And you did tell me after you muted me and i approached you in DM you accused me of being a troll and that if i did it again you would ban me. That to me is a threat. Maybe to you it is a warning but to me it was a threat.

But until it is written there it is a silent rule and so you in your previous post making claims about twisting and trying to make it seem like what i said is not true is just false cause the fact is its not a rule its an announcement. And to this timestamp it is still an announcement and it is not explicitly a rule as it does not say it is a rule anywhere in that announcement!! nor does the actual content meet the definition of the word explicit which is clear and detailed which that announcement portion is not!!

I am not a liar and i have never once made up something that didnt happen, i may misunderstand due to lack of information on my part but i always say if something is my opinion or not.

And again its not a rule! It's an announcement. Do you know that someone will have to scroll just to see that announcement? You have added new channels and you dont specify the rules of those channels. Maika already made the first 10, you just needed to continue to add the rules as you created the channels. But you didnt and after i told you about it you said eventually. So for me I want you to understand, like i said before you can see why i would be wary of being punished for breaking a silent rule not actually written in the rules!!

For me as i said i did not feel that was an option. As i said before i dont bottle my feelings up i like to release them, especially in a direct way back to the person who was aggressive to me. If i had done so, based on my past experience of my first time in the discord where i was banned under the pretense of arguing!! I felt i would get similar results. Like i said i was more upset by the fact that i could not respond to it the way i wanted to than the actual insult itself. What made me more upset is that this guy had dug me up, its not like I had already been chatting there cause that wasnt the case. They were picking a fight intentionally and i am not one to shy away, but the server rules being what they are and my prior history what it is, i felt I would be banned if i retaliated, especially considering the mob in that server that would contribute to saying that I was the one overreacting and blah de blahdie, when in fact im just returning what was given to me.

KingBiBiK i had been inactive like i said for 2 weeks and 3 weeks in the chatting channels. I only stay for the casual novel questions/spoilers and the recent happenings of qidian. Because i was also not that active on forums anymore, and it was easier to just click the discord and do a quick skim. I was randomly pinged and that is the only reason why i saw that convo.

Millman im a little tired of going over this with you yet again, you say it is already written inthe rules but guess what hon its not. In rules channel there is the 2 rules from sunny, the old channel rules from maika and 3 from you, one about spamming, another about xp, and the one you added about ignoring the rules. There is NO RULE WRITTEN that says if channel topics are not followed you will be warned and muted and banned for not following the rules there is no rule in that channel that says new role discussions musy be in server suggestion discussion it does not say that! Which brings us to our threat which if you read clearly the last post you made which was made in a response to me after that thing happened!! Clearly says the user will be banned, for those who "do not follow the rules". I have asked you repeatedly to update the rules and you said you "rules will be updated eventually" so dont try to make it seem that i am lying or "twisting" anything because this is what i see and from my point of view the rules were not updated to include that. In my DM you had told me that if i repeated my actions that you ban me, to me that is a threat, a passive one but still is one.

To be clear I wrote this discord post again in frustration because it took you 3-4 hours to respond. This happened at one and you didnt reply to my DM until 5PM EST. Dont make it seem like i posted this after you replied to me, cause thats not what it was, twisting facts huh? Anyways if you vheck my DM you can see i clearly didnt think you would do much and so in my frustration i came here, maybe you missed that point? Don't pretend that your previous actions did not affect my view of you. Based on the previous happenings it seemed more likely if i had not come here but instead had it out with the guy you would have banned me as well. As i said ignoring is not something i do, holding in feelings of rage helps no one, everyone rages onthe internet I am allowed that, just not in your discord sever cause i will be the first to be banned yes?

I was responding to the guy based on my feelings at the time and i still feel that had i taken matters into my own hands then like i did here on forums it would have been used as an excuse to ban me. Something like " i dont care who started it, you should have just ignored" like i said based on previous happenings where i get muted for discussing the same colors that YOU WERE WITH ME on the wrong channel i was the one muted and made an example, the people that asked me they dont matter cause i was the example! The fact that you joined in didnt matter cause you know i wass warned by you but you talked with me about it anyways. You can see how my mind would not think you would allow such things. So my point os to get my own satisfaction at having said my words to and about these things without the threat of your ban hanging over my head. Yes it is a threat to me when you have rules that are not updated and say that if we dont follow them we will be banned, i will look likethe sorry fuck to fall in that trap "but it didnt say that...." so I came here where i know i release my rage, and let others know my experience as i saw it through my eyes to warn them of the messy stuff. Sleep with one eye open kind of thing.

I appreciate you taking the time to mute the guy, i hope we wont need to go through this again with some changes implemented.

Kymani I dont think I need much advice in all honesty like i said it irritates me more that i was not able to handle it the same way i otherwise would which is to hurl an insult back and have it out with the person. The reason i wouldn't be able to is again because of the people in that discord hide behind their rules that they dont follow. If i break the rule its immediately enforced if one of them breaks the rule nothing happens. So i took this approach to ensure something if anything would happen, since i wasnt allowed to respond the way I wanted.

Been in many discord servers this is the first one i have seen such mentality where many people hide behind each other and empty lies. Only really stay in the server for the translation mistakes, the novel spoilers, and some novel hunts.

Zhevons i only posted his name and what he said. I didnt post any other details about the guy, actually dont think i know any other details about the guy. His name was posted because he is on the forums and has done the same insulting on the forums as he has done in discord, plus everyone would know who i am talking about and just like before they will say who is who so no point disguising it. As far as screenshots go i have prior experience where i was not believed because i didnt not have them because i was banned and had no access before.

I already know for the most part qidian does not care about the discord server at this time, if they cared as much they would have more mods than just the one. My annoyance was more with the people in the discord that allowed this to continue the people that join in and laugh those same people who would protect him should an argument arise. Those people allowed it, because literally all they have to say is " hey man that was not cool" "lets not talk about this" but they did not do that. They pinged there because they wanted that sort of thing. I am up for the challenge but someone is going down for the count imo.
As i said previously it was to warn users because i dont see much changing, vent my frustration and my last option.

Zhevons Your entitled to your opinion, as i said before i post here in irritarion at not being able to say what i want in response. Like i said in real life i would have it out with the person, we would exchange words and i would feel better having said my shitty things right back.

If i had done so in discord i would be banned and they would not be. That fact is what seriously irritated me more and since i had brought it up before i felt this was the only other place to get my peace of mind that at least i didnt sit there like a dog and take shit.

In my opinion if i had ignored like before that wouldnt put an end to it and really wouldnt make me feel any better. You all are acting like this is the first time like this is something new, i could understand you saying that if i posted stuff every single time but i didn't, this was my last straw and my outrage at the people who allowed it.

Kymani little teasing is different from directly seeking to be nasty to someone. As said previously with the rules put forth in the discord it says contrary to those kinds of actions should that change then you wont hear from me. And i would like to point out the aggressor has never said he was teasing, and that is hecause he was not...he was insulting which he has admitted on more than one occasion.

For example as i saidbefore barely remember even speaking to lonelytree before but he seems to spread out in discord about what i know and what i want without any of my say so, without the facts thus the rumors from a translator becomes fact on some ears, my very point in my very first discord post.

When I complain of the things done before no one had done anything and the only thing i was allowed to do is post on forums because if i post in discord they would say im arguing and use that excuse to ban me unjustly, so i posted this. And now he is banned.

If the people in discord cannot speak their minds, it is not on my part as I previously said before I cannot help with something that was not brought to my attention. If they choose to ignore their feelings and just ignore me that is fine, I wasn't even that active for them to care anyways. Another thing I need to address since it is obviously being misconstrued yet again.

@Lonelytree brought up a point in discord, saying that its not like I don't know I'm not welcome. Its actually that i know I'm not welcome by you and the people of your sect.

And if this guy actually cared not to spread rumors with neverfire he would know, that I was not even active for over 2 weeks on the server at all 3 weeks I was not even active in chats. This inactivity solely due to the previous act of biasness where I was muted for not discussing topics (colors of roles) in the proper channels. And before the revamp of the server I was not even that active in the chats anymore I was mostly in other channels popping in and out, barely noticeable!

No lonelytree did not take it upon himself to learn that info they didn't care probs and just wanted to spread info, just like I am now with this sentence.

he also made a comment that he doesn't think anyone is breaking the rules, might I add I saw plenty of sect discussion going on, is that not part of the server, are discussing matters of the server not reserved for the server suggestions discussion channel is that not what I was muted for previously? If that wasn't what I was muted for Millman needs to reaffirm his DM cause that's definitely what he said.

So you don't like that i point out the truth and present it in a way which you cannot deny is the truth, so instead you will say everything is fine and that I am ranting and raving cause i wanna start something.... Weiqing There are colours in the discord server? Or perhaps that was added after your first, "warning", but as implied, a suggestions channel is for any suggestions. I just wrote about perhaps allowing level 5s instead of level12s to be allowed to write in there, maybe lower.

There are role colors they have been there since he added the role.You cannot discuss these role colors anywhere else other than the server suggestion discussion. This is a silent rule stated nowhere. This fact and only this fact is what annoys me.

Billdoor only came into the picture because of that statement, when I read his post here for the first time I was already triggered, this just made me want to tell him about himself.

None of that annoyed me, I never said it did. I said those were not warnings, they were suggestions. If someone had told me in DM "you aren't allowed to talk about things in the server anywhere else but server suggestions discussion" then I would have stopped. Neverfire makes it seem like I got some repeated formal warning say not to talk about it when I really didn't and would like to note everyone who kept fucking asking me about it was never muted so he left that part out too. He is making it seem like I was throwing a tantrum cause I wasn't lvl 12, when that wasn't even the problem nor was that what happened, someone asked me why i didnt have a role and me being in the dark about the fact that you cannot discuss it anywhere but the server suggestion discussion channel I kept giving the same answer.
