  • What are you talking about? Where did that 25 number even come from?
Both are advertised to give you 800 coins (500 + 300)

If that is not the case, then this is blatant false advertising. Please explain.

    • I'm wondering about the Premium Membership's "Earn an additional 300 Coins a month (from daily login) ". Is that 10 coins with each daily login for 30 days, totaling 300 over the course of a month? If so, it's a better deal to just buy the $9.99 option, which gives you the same amount of coins, but you don't have to wait 30 days to get them all.

If that is the case, then what is the real benefit to the premium membership that makes it "Spend $9.99 to get $15.99 in value? Where is that extra $6 of value?

      • AinzOoalGown I'm a casual reader on this site and I don't have any issues with running out of things to read. I've not had to pay any cash yet, but I do also read on other sites, as different authors are contracted with different sites, so you can't read everything you want on any single place. I wont name the other sites here as it might violate their rules to do so, but they are not hard to find.

      • Vjum It's still far better than some of the competitors out there. Some give you a random 2-5 currency per checkin, almost no other ways to get them, and an average chapter costs 15. With the system on this site I can read 3-4 chapters every day via fast pass unlock, and still read many other books with no pay wall at all.

I have no issues with this system. We get a decent chunk of content for free, and if we want more, it's not that pricey. $2.99 gets you about 27 chapters. You can't get better than that outside of pirate sites. This is a legal way to get reading content for free and/or super cheap + it helps support new writers.

        • I feel like this is an overreaction to the change. Most novels don't post 3-4 chapters a day. Some are only 3 a week or less. Either way, you are reading them for FREE. This is a FREE service. If you want more than is offered for free, it's not unreasonable to ask you to pay. Not every novel has a pay wall, some unlock a couple weeks after release, etc. There is still a lot offered on this site that does not require cash. And lets face it, the site does have to actually make money to sustain itself.

Besides, there may be more ways added in the future to get fast pass. It's a new system, so give them time to refine it.

          • Just so everyone knows, when you unlock something with a fast pass, it stays unlocked FOREVER. The 7 days is how long you have to use the fast pass before the pass goes away, NOT how long something stays unlocked.

Just like the currency in the previous system, it will expire if you don't use it. But what you unlock with it stays unlocked. Don't rage at a new system if you have not taken the time to actually understand it first.

With the new system you can actually unlock more chapters than before, but you have less time to use the pass before it expires than with the currency. Overall I feel this is a much better system, as it allows us to read more for free, but in turn we must be more frequent users on the site to take advantage of it. It's a win win for both users and the site.
